Site Preparation Options

Every building needs a solid foundation to ensure levelness and proper drainage. We offer several options to ensure your building will last a lifetime. There is no need to work with several contractors as we can handle everything for you! 

Our basic site preparation is done by preparing a level bed of 2b 3/4" gravel for under your new building. Ideally, the pad will be 1' bigger than your shed on all sides. This is a practical option for sites that are relatively level.

 When the site is too out of level for our basic site preparation we can bring our mini excavator to your site and level the ground before the stone is brought in. This ensures a level pad and easy access to your doors. 

 We also offer 4X6 retaining walls as an option. Some customers prefer the look of a stone pad with a border, while others will need a wall to make the site level.  Our team can do a site visit and get you a quote for your custom project. 

We now offer concrete foundations for all of our buildings! You can choose from a flat slab, with thickened edges, or we can install footers and a block wall, which adds extra height to your building!
